2022 Mini-Grants for Community Improvement
Bridging Communities’ Community Improvement Mini-Grant Application 2022
Intended for individuals, block clubs, community-based groups, and non-profit organizations working to support their neighborhoods through clean-ups and beautification efforts.
Eligibility: Applicants must be a resident, block club, community groups, or nonprofit located in State District 5 or within the following zip codes: 48204, 48206, 48208, 48209, 48210, 48216, 48217, or 48238. We are encouraging applications from participants that have been consistent in doing clean up in their community.
Submission: Online submissions are accepted anytime. This mini-grant opportunity will only be available while funding is still available. Once funding has run out, the program will be closed.
Project Award Amounts:
- Individuals: $500 – $1,000
- Block Clubs: up to $2,500
- Non-profits and existing community-based groups: up to $3,500
Review Process: Applications are generally reviewed within 30 days. Grants will be approved or rejected with no possibility of negotioation. Applicants will be notified within two weeks of decision, and funds dispersed within 45 days of application submission.
Reporting: Before and after pictures are a requirement of this grant, as well as a final report. Final reports are due within 30 days of project completion, and no later than December 31, 2022
