Our Work Is Deeply Rooted In The Understanding
Bridging Communities has a demonstrated history of working collaboratively with public, private, philanthropic, and non-profit partners to develop affordable housing for seniors, pathways to home ownership for low- and moderate-income families, inclusive age-friendly neighborhood design, park and greenways planning and implementation, and programming that uplifts and celebrates the diversity of our communities.
Bridging Communities is also a leading advocate for policy that supports equitable neighborhood planning citywide. To date our primary focus for neighborhood stabilization has been in the Chadsey-Condon, Claytown, Springwells Village, and 48217 communities.
