What We Do
Service Coordination
Service Coordinators provide case management services to older adults who need access to resources so they can obtain the support needed to age in place with dignity. This is achieved by coordinating the efforts of community partners and volunteers who interact with clients, connecting them to appropriate services and programs.
Housing Resources
Housing Team connects low-to-moderate-income older adults and families to programs and services that can improve and stabilize their living conditions. Bridging Communities is a HUD certified counseling agency and proud member of the Detroit Housing Network.
