 Homebuyers Education Workshop

We offer an invaluable Homebuyers Workshop for individuals aspiring to own their first home. Participation in this workshop is a key step towards qualifying for downpayment assistance programs. The workshop, held periodically throughout the year, covers essential topics such as pre-purchase preparation, understanding and improving credit scores, and effective household budgeting. Completion of the workshop and the homebuyer’s counseling process is a prerequisite for eligibility in certain assistance programs.
